Training Courses
Training Structures
Members are given multi-shuttlecock training. Training includes fundamental techniques, shuttlecock control skills, and use of mental and physical tactics. Members will practice with sparring partners or in matches. Members' abilities and preparedness for badminton competitions will be prepared through these training structures.
Teaching Contents: Grips (Forehand and Backhand), Ball sense, Swing, Shuttlecock control, Serves (High, Low, Long and Short), High clear, Fundamentals of badminton footwork, Techniques, Accuracy and Stability, etc.

Training Courses are planned and taught by Coach Sampson. Assistant coaches will also give help in these structured trainings.
